Drawing on 35 years of deep, hands-on experience in the construction and property sectors, founder Raquel Manning identified a unique opportunity. As Western Sydney and subsequent growth corridors like the Central Coast and Newcastle began to expand rapidly, a disconnect emerged between developers and the local farming families who held the land.
Blue Diamond stepped in as that vital conduit. Operating in the highly specialised off-market property space, we chose to do business differently. By prioritising absolute discretion and long-term relationships, we built a 100% referral-based Real Estate company. Today, we operate 5 to 10 years ahead of the market, securing the future suburbs of tomorrow and closing multi-million-dollar commercial development sites.
